Our Staff
Our staff have a wide range of skills and regularly attend training courses as part of on-going professional development. We have a key worker system where each member of staff is responsible for specific children.
Pre-School Leader - Cath Sissons
RN (Adult), Caring in Child A&E, 10 years experience in A&E and Paediatric A&D. These qualifications and experience are the equivalent to a level 3 qualification. Cath joined us in February 2008 and her job includes developing lesson plans and supervising staff and Pre-School activities.
Pre-School Deputy Leader - Jayne Wilton
NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing. Jayne started with the Pre-School in November 2009 and brings a wide range of experience and enthusiasm to the setting.
Pre-School Assistant and SENCO - Kate Legg
NVQ Level 3 Children's Care, Learning & Development. Kate joined us in September 2006 and is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator. She works with children requiring extra support, monitoring and liaising with parents and other professionals.
